Alarm 214

This alarm means the Static Hot Water Temperature sensor (SHWT) is disconnected or short-circuited.
This sensor is located at the top of the water heater, within the water level float switch.

Check t4 value in the Info screen (Info) of the Touchscreen.

Is t4 between 40°F (5°C) and 165°F (75°C)?

Yes No
